Abstracts
The deadline to submit abstracts is TBD
Poster abstracts are competitively reviewed by the Conference Organizing Committee comprised of CVL faculty. Easels with 36″ x 48″ poster boards (orientation optional) for clipping posters onto will be provided for setup. Black binder clips will also be provided. There is no poster size limit, but if you are using a fabric poster, please be aware that it may fold over if it is larger than the provided 36″ x 48″ poster board.
Talk abstracts should correspond to one of the session themes. They are competitively reviewed by the Conference Organizing Committee comprised of CVL faculty. Talks will be 15 minutes long with up to 5 minutes for Q&A.
*Talks that cannot be accommodated are automatically accepted as a poster presentation.
